Hayneswood Engineering was founded in 1976 and is now a leading manufacturer of precision-machined components, fabrications, assemblies and kit sets for the MoD, BNFL, Aerospace, Automotive, Petrochemical, Electronics, Medical and Marine Industries.


The company is versatile and flexible and provides an all-round outsourcing facility to customers. Our reputation as a provider of quality engineering has been built on being responsive to our customers requirements, having advanced manufacturing capabilities and efficient delivery.


Hayneswood Engineering operates a Quality Mangement System and is approved to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 and also AS 9100 Rev B.

CNC Machining and Investment in New Technology

At Hayneswood, we utilise the very latest in manufacturing technology. CNC machining was first introduced in 1986. Since then, the benefits of using CNC machining technology has fuelled further investment in state-of-the-art, multi-axis machinery. We are not only committed to investing heavily in manufacturing equipment, but also in the development of our bespoke Project Management System and our staff.


Meeting Customers' Requirements

Hayneswood employs professional project managers, procurement staff and experienced engineers. This motivated team enables us to deliver high quality parts, to timed deliveries, using cost effective methods of manufacturing.

Close liaison with our customers at the Research and Development (R&D) and design stages, enables us to achieve manufacture of simple parts or complex components, cost effectively. We ensure items are designed for manufacture by placing emphasis on concurrent engineering during the early stages, incorporating R&D prototypes where appropriate.


Consignment stock and supply agreements are established with our key suppliers and this ensures a rapid response to meet customers' immediate and diverse requirements. This approach has resulted in successful partnership agreements with our major customers old and new.
